How do I log in to my personal page?
- Go to the My AZL page, and click on the ‘To the AZL Member Login’ button to get to the login page.
- Under ‘Username’, enter the e-mail address under which you (or your child) are known to the membership administration (this is the same e-mail address on which you received the invitation to the ClubApp).
- Logging in for the first time? Then click on ‘Request new password’. (The text at ‘log in’ button will change to ‘Password sent’). You will receive a temporary password within 5 minutes at the e-mail address you entered (If you did not receive anything, please check your spam box).
- Go to the login page again and enter your e-mail address under ‘Username’ and the temporary password you just received under ‘Password’.
- Click on the ‘Log in’ button.
- You will now be asked to fill in the temporary password and then to enter a new password twice (This password, which you have to think up yourself, must consist of at least 6 characters of which at least 2 numbers).
- Click the ‘Save’ button and log out.
- Go back to the login page. You can now log in with your e-mail address and your own new password. This gives you access to the secure part of the website, where you can edit your data, among other things.
Having problems logging in?
- Are you unable to log in because you have forgotten your password? Go to the login page again and request a new password by clicking “Request new password” (enter your correct e-mail address!).
- Can’t log in because you don’t know which e-mail address to use? Look for the invitation e-mail for the ClubApp (this is the same e-mail address) or send an e-mail to appbeheer@azlzwemmen.nl (do mention your first and last name!).
